This is a world that has fascinated me, albeit the more vanilla end of the BDSM spectrum than the scene painted in this well-written vignette. Great observation and attention to detail and more erotic than many a wham-bam story favoured by others here. I hope that any negative comments you may get do not deter you from writing more sensuous tales in the future.

Exceptionally well written, even if it is a very dark fantasy. I thought it was very erotic and at the same time terrifying as more and more was revealed. Thankfully it’s a fantasy.

Good story. Take better care of your pet. A little lip balm goes a long way. Thank goodness she is going to be getting a well deserved rest. I have been trying to explore more in the BDSM category where this author has several stories. I chose this one because it was labelled Mind Control. I approach every new author with the view that everyone needs the freedom to write and read as they choose. I guess that I will have to work a little harder. There are elements of erotica here, but those don't last long when the characters enjoy causing pain. I can almost get through the degradation as a vehicle for the storyline, but not as a purpose of a story. Oddly, I note that the range of previous comments for this story seem quite insightful and contain elements that are the source of my ambivalence. Perhaps relishing of the cracked lips exemplifies the issue. A smack on the ass is an example of short term stimulation that can reasonably be translated into sexual stimulation for both parties, but lingering discomfort of a purely physical nature that is rewarding for either party runs contrary to my mental abilities to fictionalize it as a source of erotic or personal satisfaction. Playacting is one thing, but the real punishment of the partner is hard to understand.
