I liked your presentation of the scene seen from your eyes and your wife's lovely dominance. I liked the story enough that I gave it top rating despite your obvious failure to proofread--there are many improper words which would have made it through spellcheck because they are words but they are the wrong ones here.

Difficult POV, horrible technical skills and with that little preparation she tears his sphincter muscle so badly he would have needed surgery to repair the damage. Of course that slut LJ would love this garbage.
