Putting such activities in stories may well encourage people to think it can be done with no health risks, in real life.

Dissentary and/or hepatitis can easily be contracted with such behavior. It is really not something which should be done. Even when someone has thoroughly cleaned themselves, the risk is still there. Even ATM is not a good idea.

It's not like the digestive tract stops its ever continual progress just because someone has cleaned themselves out. It's like the tide, it just keeps moving on... LOL
