Very good but you could perhaps be a bit more detailed in your descriptions. At times it seemed a bit underwhelming. Some very erotic elements there with the big boobs and pregnant belly but you could have made more of the size and appearance of the nipples and lactation. Also the way pregnancy affects the labia and vagina. The sniff of the panties was good but you could have made a bit more of it. I look forward to you developing the story.
