So I'm guessing it didn't take too many decades/centuries for them to take over the earth then.

You could really turn this onto a full length ebook, or at least a long novella.

I will think about expanding it into a novella. In the meantime, some interesting backstory details:

* Masters can live 10,000 years or more, but the average lifespan is 2,500 years due to accidental deaths.

* For the population of masters on Earth as of "My Ripening," which is 10 billion Masters, this means 4 million Master deaths a year.

* A woman produces one Master baby a quarter, or four a year.

* Basically, half that time is orgasms, six to seven weeks of it.

* That means about a million women actively being bred by the Masters every year.

* At the time of "My Ripening" it's a rare privilege for a Master to breed a woman, 1 in 10,000.

* This provides the incentive for Masters to leave Earth and colonize other planets and solar systems.

* Doing this work, a woman lasts 50 years on average.

* Need 20,000 new women a year.

* The entire remaining human population is 4 million men and women.
