Building on to the comment posted by the person below, I can offer advice on how humiliation play can be introduced, because the desire to humiliate isn't really consistent with the idea of couples who love each other.

Seems like the active humiliation and denial along with cheating seems to be common in these stories, but those don't really work in stories where the couple loves each other.

Same with active denial. I don't think there should be active denial of husband, because ideally the degree of sexuality would go up for both once this saga starts. A better setup would be there being a situation where she has to pick between her husband or the other guy.

For example, he is going away for the weekend and she can and plans on going with him.
