Thank you for this. It made me think and be greatful.
There are a couple of inconsistencies in my story:
1. The Nudist resort has an offer for over 60s but the other people attending are younger. It should be a special reduced price offer for over 60s but the event is for 'mature adults'.
2. 'It's a long drive' but it's only 30 miles away. I had intended it to be 130 miles, not 30. When I changed from the numerals to words somehow I lost the hundred.
I'll change those in an edit AFTER the contest.
Mea culpa...I've had 30 mile drives that were long and included stopping for lunch! That the couple were the oldest and on the special isn't that unusual.
Good tale and thoughtfully constructed. Dr. Freud would be proud!
This reminds me so much of my husband and I. We have the same relationship as these two do. Loving someone is more than their body, it's heart and soul too! Please keep writing,. I loved it!!
Apart from your "inconsistencies" - which obviously bother you a lot more than they do me - it was a sweet, human story about real people; not about yet another impossibly proportioned bubble-butted DDD halfwit and a donkey-dicked super stud....
Stories with real characters with real bodies might not attract the highest votes on average, but I believe the voting points tend to mirror the IQ and maturity of the reader... caveat: that's just my personal opinion.
We all have to get older - but age and maturity don't have anything but a coincidental relationship to each other.
Well done!
I agree it was nice to read about real people. I also agree with all the other comments posted.
I loved the story because it is also about love. My wife and i have felt the same when away from each other.
