This chapter in this ongoing drama is well written, but it is much too short in all aspects.

A familiar story. Two people meet; there's good sex, which doesn't last long, due to factors outside the relationship. Like baggage from previous encounters. Been there myself. Sad that such attitudes can put the damper on an otherwise hot combination.

Because this story is what actually happened, I understand that this chapter is a bit shorter than the others - that's just how it worked out with Claudia and me.

What makes this interesting is the 'slice of life' aspect. This isn't fiction and many of us can understand this on a visceral level. Smooth prose makes it easy to read.
