There are four main factors of Weather manipulation:

Air Manipulation - for wind and related effects. Electricity Manipulation - lightning in all variations. Thermal Manipulation - make it cold or hot. Water Manipulation - rain, snow, fog, etc.

Wish Granting: The user can grant wishes of others or oneself, manifesting the desires of others and themselves into reality and make their wildest dreams come true.

As long as the user were in the water, they had these powers. They gained new outfits as well. They gained seashell bras and tails. The colors were the same as their underwear colors.

As the Paragon of Hell, the user had the following additional powers;

Power Awakening: The user can unleash and amplify their special and hidden powers and dormant potential abilities to the fullest and greatest extent. This allows the user to unlock the power that lies within their very being, granting them feats that defy logic. When the user unlocks their true power, they are able to do just about anything that is tied to their abilities to levels unfathomable, and their power is potent that if the user is ever stripped of it, it is never truly gone, but merely locked away again. If users manage to unlock it again, the powers that were lost are regained even stronger than ever before depending on the resolve of the user. Towards the climax of the battle, the user began so enraged and awakened previously dormant powers. It is unknown how she awakened said powers, but it is likely triggered by immense emotional or physical damage, as seen when the user activated her powers upon seeing the 'deaths' of her friends, and nearly being killed by Karin. It is possible that a sheer force of will could activate the powers as well. Actually, the user is presumed to be more powerful than the other SuperTeens and Stryker herself, considering she was able to fight against Karin completely alone and obliterate the Huntress from existence, sending her to the Phantom Zone, something that no one else even came close to doing even when fighting against the Huntress.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Users possess a regenerative healing factor, meaning that they can rapidly heal and get restored to their optimal and full health/state at an extremely fast rate. Unlike Healing, regeneration/healing factor is a process that happens unconsciously without the need for activation, resulting in a constant state of optimal health. Regeneration is a process that occurs in all biological entities, but a regenerative healing factor is much more efficient, seamless, and powerful. So much so that users can recreate lost or damaged tissues, organs, and limbs, sometimes slowing, or even stopping aging, something natural regeneration can never accomplish (or does so extremely slowly). The rate and amount of healing vary widely (see Levels of Regeneration); some can regrow missing limbs, others must put the limb back in place for rapid regeneration. The user is generally in very good physical shape, as their bodies are constantly reverting to a healthy state, granting them nigh-inexhaustible stamina and vitality. The regeneration process also increases the speed of processes the body uses in the healing such as endorphin production to mitigate pain reducing the amount of time and severity the subject feels discomfort leading to an increased pain threshold. Other processes included are the production of adrenaline and the fight or flight response which are greatly extended by the increased recovery leading to increased physical performance as the subject gains elevated strength and energy while also able to push their bodies harder due to decreased sensation of pain. At higher levels, a user can regenerate not just their cellular tissues, but also their DNA, undoing genetic mutations and breakdown, as well as maintaining one's youth by extending telomeres. This also gives them immunity to diseases and infections, undoing any unwanted symptoms, as well as providing a form of self-sustenance, foregoing the needs for oxygen and food intake. If advanced enough, the ability will cause the body to cease aging as the cells are regenerating and dying in equilibrium, granting immortality. the user can heal all wounds in a matter of seconds, in Karin's attack, she was left with deep wounds that healed instantly upon unlocking her ultimate powers.

Super Speed: Users can move much faster than the average member of their species, beyond what can be emulated via natural training and with little to no maintaining. However, this power is not without any ill effects, as it can strain the body, although some users may be resistant or even immune to the effects of high-speed travel, including acceleration, friction, g-force, inertia, etc. They are able to run from about 40-120 mph (64-193 kph) which means they can reach transonic speeds. They could also reach subsonic speeds around 120-400 mph (193-643 kph). They are fast enough to catch up to outrun high speed cars, helicopters, motorcycles, and most trains, move faster than the eye can perceive for extended periods of time, have noticeable delays between their movements and the sound of their movements, and create huge gusts of wind due to their build up in speed. the user can move at supersonic speeds (although you can still hear her when she does this), so fast it can appear as if she were teleporting, she knocked out Karin over and over again so fast that she didn't even have time to fight back.

Telekinesis: The user has telekinesis, the ability to manipulate or otherwise interact with matter or another aspect of a physical system with one's mind or through other non-physical means. Commonly, its most fundamental trait is to move and control objects (or to generate and apply physical force on a target, or potentially, an area) from a distance and/or without physical contact. The most common form of telekinesis in fiction is psychokinesis, and the terms are often used interchangeably. However, strictly speaking Psychokinesis refers to Telekinesis achieved with psionic/psychic power. Telekinesis can refer to a variety of different means of affecting matter (or energy!) at a range. For example, a magical spell that lets someone move objects at a range is a non-psychic form of Telekinesis. For a more science fictional example, gloves or weapons that bend gravity to move objects around could be considered to grant telekinesis. Any power that allows for the distant movement of something, regardless of how far that distance is or the exact means by which it is accomplished. Telekinesis is the basis of many superpowers based on "controlling/manipulating" subjects. It may evolve to the point that a telekinetic can control things on a subatomic level. Extreme cases could see users who can use their telekinesis to move planets or stars. At the furthest extremes, its influence can expand to affect facets of reality other than matter or energy, such as space and time. The movement of objects can be achieved without making contact with it. the user was able to levitate a giant stone larger than her own body and hurl it hundreds of meters across the area.

Levitation/Flight: Users can cause oneself/subjects/objects to hover/float in the air unassisted, allowing the user to seamlessly float in the air and prevent their bodies from making contact with the ground below. The user can fly or otherwise move through the air using various methods. Some possibilities include using one or more forms of energy, wings or similar structures, harnessing anti-gravitons, or even mimicking or becoming an animal that can fly. Users are generally able to Levitate, Slide, and Glide as well. The user can fly at high speeds without any outside influence, propel/move freely while flying without support. the user can fly at supersonic speeds, just like The Chosen One and the Dark Lord.

Laser Vision: The users of this power can fire off lasers from their eyes which can cause damage on their intended targets. the user can emit powerful yellow lasers from her eyes, so powerful that it can destroy entities as powerful as Karin. This laser can even destroy a large mountain.

Energy Manipulation: The user can create, shape, and manipulate energy, the capacity or ability to cause change or do work, one of the most basic quantitative properties of a system, such as an object or a field of energy. Energy can be transformed (converted) into a number of forms that may each manifest and be measurable in differing ways. The law of conservation of energy states that the (total) energy of a system can increase or decrease only by transferring it in or out of the system, thus the total energy of a system can be calculated by simple addition when it is composed of multiple non-interacting parts or has multiple distinct forms of energy. Common physical forms of energy include the kinetic energy of a moving object, the radiant energy carried by light and other electromagnetic radiation, and various types of potential energy such as gravitational and elastic. the user has the ability to control a new type of yellow energy. This is enough to destroy a ViraBot instantly.

Pyrokinesis: Users can create, shape, control, generate and manipulate every form/type of fire, the rapid oxidation of a material in the exothermic chemical process of combustion, releasing heat, light, and various reaction products, flame being the visible portion of the fire. Depending on the substances alight, and any impurities outside, the color of the flame and the fire's intensity will be different. The user can also completely control the temperature of the fire at will. the user is known to create fire. She can blow out fumes of flames from her mouth and can use her pyrokinesis to fly into the air by igniting her fists to create propulsion. the user uses the potential, like making flames of light power that can be thrown easily. These tend to explode on its own when it hits its target.

Creation and Manipulation of Corrosion: User can create, shape and manipulate corroded metals and the process of corrosion: the electrochemical oxidation of metals in reaction with an oxidant such as oxygen and water, with rusting (formation of iron oxides) being a well-known example. This type of damage typically produces oxide(s) or salt(s) of the original metal and it degrades the useful properties of materials and structures including strength, appearance and permeability to liquids and gases. Many structural alloys corrode merely from exposure to moisture in air, but the process can be strongly affected by exposure to certain substances. Corrosion can be concentrated locally to form a pit or crack, or it can extend across a wide area more or less uniformly corroding the surface. With the help of the wrist band(s), the user can create corrosive weapons, such as tentacles, spikes and blades, all of which she used against Karin. Later, she showed the ability to create her own version of her laser vision, but it's colored black with vibrating red edges from her eyes, and it's powerful enough to completely overwhelm the Chosen One's own laser vision.

Blades of Destruction: The user can either use various ranged weaponry such as slingshots, bows, guns, cannons etc., as a conduit to manipulate either destructive energy or destruction itself, or impose those effects on ranged weapons to enhance them. With wrist band(s), she can create virus blades that can disintegrate anything or anyone in contact.

Thawne had the following weaknesses via her Kryptonian's powers;

Kryptonite: Like all Kryptonians, even while empowered, the user is vulnerable to the exposure of Kryptonite, a radioactive mineral from her home planet Krypton. Depending on the nature of the said Kryptonite, it will cause a different adverse affect on her;

Green Kryptonite: Green Kryptonite not only physically hurts the user, but also it weakens her physical attributes; making her equivalent to that of a normal human. If exposed to enough green kryptonite for too long, it will eventually kill her.

Red Kryptonite: If exposed to Red Kryptonite, it gradually destroys the user's inhibitions and turns her into a corrupt version of herself. Left without morality, compassion, rationality, or any cares whatsoever, the user will become malevolent and prone to hostility and aggression, making her a danger to everyone around her.

Silver Kryptonite: If exposed to Silver Kryptonite, it will cause the user to go in a deep and frightful hallucination where nothing from the outside world can stir her out of it until it leaves her system.

Harun-El/Black Kryptonite: If directly exposed to Black Kryptonite, it can hurt the user and cause her to lose control of her abilities, as she was unable to stop her heat vision while holding Harun-El. It can also be used to split the user into two different beings. Red Daughter also had the ability to launch a blast of energy from the Harun-El inside of her in order to overpower the user.

Red sun energy: The user is powerless when exposed to the energy of a red sun.

Blue sun energy: The user is powerless when exposed to the energy of a blue sun.

Solar energy depletion: Using her powers to its maximum for an extended period can significantly drain her solar energy to the point where the user loses all of her powers and is rendered more human-like for at least a day. This renders her as weak as a human - allowing the user to get injured, sick, and killed like one.

Antimatter: Even with her invulnerability, a small amount of antimatter would weaken her and a large amount would kill her.

High-frequencies: Although considered a strength, the user's hearing does have its disadvantages; since her hearing is more sensitive than a normal human's, higher pitch noises (sonic screams, etc.) can disorient the user and cause pain in her ears, leaving her vulnerable in a fight. Therefore, enemies with sound-based powers like Silver Banshee, Purity, and later Reign (who absorbed Purity's powers after her demise) can potentially be powerful enough to incapacitate the user.

Sound-dampening technology: The D.E.O. designed frequencies to block super-hearing and cause the user slight pain when trying to use this ability in areas protected by the technology.

Claustrophobia: After being trapped in a space pod for over two decades, the user developed a fear of confined spaces and often struggled with claustrophobia when she first arrived on Earth. When incapacitated by Psi's psychic attacks, the user's worst fears manifested in form of claustrophobia, to the point that she even experienced a panic attack in a CatCo elevator. Later on, when Earth's atmosphere was filled with Kryptonite, the user was forced to wear a confining, protective suit; upon awakening, she immediately began to panic and was not able to breathe until Alex calmed her down.

Power-dampening tech: Just like with any other alien, the user's powers can be dampened by technology specifically designed to weaken her powers but even though it's dampening her powers she can still use her powers but at a much weaker degree.

Thawne had the following weaknesses via her Speedsters' powers;

Positive tachyons: The user used a device pumping positive tachyons into her system, which would slow her down and allow her to pretend like she is unable to travel back to her proper point in the timeline.

Power-dampening tech: the user has stated that, in the future, presumably sometime shortly after Barry's disappearance in the Anti-Monitor Crisis, Iris had a power-dampening chip surgically implanted into the user's body. As a result, the user's meta-human powers were suppressed all her life, and she only learned about them approximately six months before she'd introduced herself to her parents, meaning she'd have only discovered them shortly before she showed up at her parents' wedding.

Cold temperatures: Because speed is produced by a build-up of heat in the target's atoms, the user is vulnerable to extremely cold temperatures as shown when in battle with Thomas Snow's evil split-personality, Icicle.

Hyper-metabolism: While having tremendous stamina, a trade-off of her enhanced speed is an equally accelerated metabolism. To which, the user is required to consume great amounts of nutrients between each super-speed to keep up her strength.

Thawne also had the following former weaknesses;

Positive emotions: Because the user was required to use her negative emotions, such as fear, hate and anguish to use the Negative Speed Force, the use of the Speed Force corrupted her from the inside. However, she later gave up her connection to the Speed Force so these emotions no longer corrupt her.

Mental link to Nora Snow-West: the user's mental connection to Nora worked both ways, allowing Nora to know when the user's coming. It also caused the user to tap into the Negative Speed Force when she felt Nora's happiness. This link was seemingly severed after Nora gained her mental telepathic immunity.

Back in the 21st century....

In the Oldje nursing home....

Codi, Abby, Dakota, Erin, Olivia, and Claire were now talking about the fact that they each had sex with an older woman. They were all very excited and horny to do it again and again and again. "This is the best day ever," Erin said.

Natalie Thawne entered the conference room. There, the future versions of Nora and Naomi were standing there. She had gained the powers of the negative versions of Nora Allen/The Speed Force, Alexa Rivera/The Stregth Force, Deon Owens/The Still Force, and Bashir Malik/The Sage Force.

The powers were the following;

Negative Still Force connection: At some point, after being humiliated by XS's superior speed, Natalie tapped into the Negative Still Force in order to manipulate time and events more easily and more subtly, and used this advantage to frame Nora for working with Joseph Carver, killing Caitlin Snow-West, and other actions conductive to the ruin of Nora's life; even making it seem that Nora was the Slipstream while Natalie herself was in fact XS instead of Nora.

Temporal displacement: With a snap of her fingers, Natalie can displace other people and objects in time. She did this to future XS and future Agent Danvers, sending them back a billion years in time, and again with summoning an old school plane from out of nowhere when fighting current XS.

Time stopping: Natalie can stop others in their tracks by freezing them in time with a snap of her fingers.

Negative Sage Force connection: After becoming the avatar of the Negative Sage Force, Natalie can now augment her mind to access a vast array of psionic powers.

Illusion inducement: Natalie can use her psychic powers to create realistic illusions. She made Lightning Lass, XS and Agent Danvers think they threw lightning at her, when in reality they threw it at Jesse Quick.

Teleportation: Natalie can use the Negative Sage Force to teleport around from one place to another.

Mental detection: Natalie was able to sense XS's approach and react before XS could do anything about it.
