Still Force connection: Thanks to the Still Force having been created in connection to the Speed Force, the chosen heroes gained a subconscious connection to it, allowing them to absorb some of its energy. From this, after Deon Owens gave them some of its energy, they could access the same powers as her. It also causes them to emit green electricity along with their natural electricity. They can share this energy with others. However, the connection is weak, only able to access it through deep mediation. Also, the energy they had was small, quickly depleting it to escape the Still Force.

Chrono vision: The Still Force enabled them to see events past, present and future. They got to see the future of their children and grandchildren.

Selective displacement: After defeating Thawne, Nora and Naomi was able to bring back future XS, Lightning Lass, present XS, present Agent Danvers, Jesse Quick, and future Agent Danvers from where Thawne had sent them just by snapping their fingers.

Strength Force connection: After the positive forces returned, Alexa gave the ten chosen heroes access to the Strength Force to help defeat Thawne. After Thawne was permanently defeated, the chosen heroes maintained the ability to access the Strength Force.

Sage Force connection: After the positive forces returned, Bashir gave gave the ten chosen heroes access to the Sage Force to help defeat Thawne. After Thawne was permanently defeated, the chosen heroes maintained the ability to access the Sage Force.

Teleportation: Using the Sage Force, the chosen heroes was able to teleport to catch up to Thawne.

The future versions of the chosen heroes; IceSpeed, Agent Danver, XS, Silver Canary, ReignStar, BlackStar, SuperMaid, SpeedFrost, SuperSpeed, and Mental Maiden, battled against Natalie Thawne.

Natalie realized that, despite being stronger than Nora, she was still losing. She decided to go to the past and alter the timeline. The future versions of the young heroes chased after her.
