Great intros. I particularly enjoyed 1 & 5, although 4 does have potential for wider narrative.

Thanks. My plan with this series is to write a set of 1,000-word introductions with a common theme. I will develop one or more of them into full stories as time goes on.

Very nice start of what I think are 5 (?) could be equally exciting narratives. I would have preferred to follow one narrative from start to finish in one go, but since you're at the helm, I will follow.
