I liked the story in general, however there were several inconsistencies that lowered that enjoyment considerably. You wrote early on that she embarrassed to feel the "spit and sperm" running down her face and then, just a few sentences later comment that he hadn't cum yet. This is just the first thing I noticed, but there were a few parts that I had to go back and reread to figure out what was going on. This could've been a great story if you had revised this a little better. Keep writing and I'm sure this will improve.
