@author, that was a... challenging read. And it made me realise just how little I know about sex for persons with paralysis. I hope in the future you can focus a bit more on the exact sensations experienced by the person telling the story (in this case, the quadriplegic woman) - are the muscle spasms painful at all? Are her vaginal muscles intact? Is the sensation of pleasure enhanced on her face and lips especially? Or is the whole thing simply her deriving psychological satisfaction from being used while knowing she can do nothing to stop it?
