My head tilts in confusion "You mean... The reason you were so grumpy is just because you forgot your umbrella?"
"...Maybe."
"B-but...I got real worried! I thought something might have happened! why didn't you tell me it was just due to being soaked?"
Her answer is a dry "Good night", and laying on her side, facing away from me.
I got tense for a second, but it didn't last long. Acting like the world was ending because she had to walk in the rain... That's so like her. I look back at the foggy window, then at her naked back facing me. I sigh, and kiss my grumpy little girlfriend's cheek.
"Good night, hun." - I say as I lay on the opposite side of the bed, back turned to her. Soon enough I feel her embrace again, spooning me from behind. Under the little moonlight that passed trough the foggy window,
I fell asleep with her strong arms wrapped around me.
That night I realized rainy season wasn't so bad after all.
