Well, I can say that this story fulfills the requirement of on the job sexual relations, so it fits. I can see why some would find it a turn on, but then they're not the ones exactly experiencing the action itself: it's one thing to have a fetish and it's another thing to experience it. If this were kind of the last page of 3 that had previously explored the final incident where this had built up to, then I would say the final page was masterfully done in terms of how raw and completely carnal that it is.

The main thing that creates an issue with the story is that it ends up falling under the traditional way porn videos mischaracterize women: basically if the guy has a big enough cock, is forceful enough and manages to turn her on enough before she can really think, then she is all his for him to do with as he pleases. Certainly, he fulfills this role and follows this argument to the letter. The problem is the the story provides no explanation nor exploration of why she would consent to this treatment. The other thing is while she's going to college, any place that has a college is typically a fairly large town or small city at least--meaning there are tons of entry-level jobs that someone could take--so for her to act like this was the only job she could possibly get also creates the issue of why does she think that way? Is there actually some truth to that? The reality is the average employer is not going to think much about somebody getting fired from a previous job when they are just entry-level workers. It's going to matter a whole lot more if a person comes in that was fired from a previous job and they were making six figures. See the difference? Additionally, she knows he's an asshole and she calls him a jerk and while there's supposedly this war in both her gut and her mind, she does zero physically to try to stop him. While he was obviously larger and definitely stronger, there's many things she could have done to have defended herself like kick him in the groin, take out a knee, stomp on his toes, slap him, bite anything that she could... but the entire thing paralyzes her, and the fact that she was sexually deprived recently doesn't explain her complete and total acceptance of a complete asshole taking over her and possessing her--then claiming her in the most personal way by cumming inside her. It doesn't matter that he offered her a morning after pill; he violates her in every possible way. So even if you say okay this is non-consensual and non-reluctance, you have to examine why this character allows herself to be treated in this fashion and even enjoy this type of debasement. 2
