I love all your work. You have some of the best recurring themes on this website. My only critique (and it's not even of this story, but of all your stories) is the overuse of the word "quipped." Everyone is constantly quipping back and forth. And, I get it, some of the dialogue is snappy and full of wit and you want that to get across, but there are other words you can use. Some examples: jested, japed, cracked, bantered, jibed, razzed, or just use "said" and let the dialogue be witty all on its own. Keep up the excellent stories though!

It seems like the main character should have conditioned people so they only had to follow orders from him, unless he told them otherwise. Now his sister and the others are vulnerable to suggestions from other people. If someone says, "kiss my ass" or "go jump off a bridge" they will have to do it. Hopefully the new drug or added conditions will resolve some of these problems in the next chapter.

Otherwise, I really enjoyed the story (like many of your other works).
