Just discovered this story and burned my way through in one sitting. Worth reading for the story alone. I am familiar with the Secret Journey and I love the changes you made.

Thank you for reading this, You won't believe me but the problem with Secret Journey is that there's too many stories I could adapt since it's very loosely based on Journey to the West I may return to it once I'm more confident with my writing
