Yes they do. I picture the catheter tube sharing the space with the chastity cage's 'hook' that passes through the PA. I agree, it might not work. But this is fantasy fiction, after all...

I agree, It does make good fiction. I know because I've had a catheter on for the last six months for medical reasons. I can masturbate and cum, but the cum comes up around the catheter not through it.
