you usually put on the brakes, not the breaks. and houses have shutter, people do not, they shudder. I had to go back a chapter and catch up with the yellow cards. the story is progressing nicely. are you going anywhere eventually with the daughters' feelings? even the fact that Katie may not even fully understand her possessive / protective feelings? Watching to see how all this plays out.

This story series is one of the best recent series.
