Yay! It was great to read something of yours that was as well edited as this was. My lone quibble was "pelted across the floor" which is a terrible misuse of pelted. For me there is no joy in your sex scenes; they still seem like it's just mechanics, uninteresting. But this at least did move the plot, and was readable, so 4 stars.

If it makes you feel better, my editor wanted to take “pelt” out and I overruled him. I won’t make that mistake again.

I understand “pelted” as in “run quickly”….must be my upbringing!!
