Hurriedly read it through this morning, will read it again later probably three or four times. love the dynamic between the boys and the little ones, putting on tiaras to get them to stop crying and then the little ones reciting lines from Predator, I was laughing so hard I started tto choke. Gabby goin off on Erin and the fight in the car. My emotions are all over the place with the revelation about Carlo's parents.

The little girls are too adorable. I couldn't stop laughing when they quoted Predator. If the girls should have a tea party and the guys have to dress up in frilly costumes during their bonding I will fall out on the floor laughing.

I am on the edge of my seat trying to think of what you are going to do next.

We spent Christmas with family. We ate, laughed, cried, and created cherished memories till late in the night and we had driven home. I checked my FB and then I noticed Ch. 11 and started reading....3 hrs later my husband had fallen asleep while watching t.v. so we went on to bed. I woke up before dawn and finished the chapter. Joe got up and laughed at me for sitting amongst all the " morning after Christmas" trash and zoning out. Thank you for another happy memory added to my 2013 Christmas memories!

I have loved all of your stories. But this one was fantastic. I can not wait for the next chapter. Keep them coming.

As I am reading this story, I can image the kids doing the things they were doing and saying the things they are saying. Very good story, please keep up the good works.

I want to finally see Sal and Gabby get closer. It would be amazing if you could do part of your next chapter with Sal and Gabby together alone.

From Gabby accidentally beating up an entire car full of boys while trying to strangle Angelo, to the little girls having all the big boys wrapped around their tiny fingers, their all great. But I have to know what Dante knows! And I need to know if something is happening to weaken Maria, making her bones easier to break. Could the enemy be poisoning their water supply? Please update soon, even if it's a shorter chapter! PLEASE! It's just so good.

Where to start?!? The little girls with the boys kills me every time. They are so cute together. From Brooke greeting "Wenzo" to the tiara's and agreeing with Toni that Damian is the "prettiest and the bestest". OMG, it was all so funny. I loved that you had Damian thinking about having a little girl of his own and flashing on Caitlin. And after hearing one of the men saying what a fighter Damien is, well, I can't wait to see what happens when Caitlin goes on her date with that other guy and/or one of the bad guys tries to mess with her! I have a feeling that Damien will turn out to be quite the bad ass despite his normal good humor. Nothing got to my heart more than the image of the little girls sleeping on the boys chests. What woman doesn't love a man that is loving and protective of little children? Sigh. Beautiful.

I'm really worried about Maria now though! And I wonder how Damien is healing...Honestly, I can't imagine anything bad happening to any of the characters, I love them so much now. And what the heck is up with the Miller's that Dante knows?!? OMG, I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for the next chapter to find out. I hope they don't turn out to be panthers though as someone else suggested. We have seen them as wolves already...and former wolves turning into panthers when they mate has been done before. I'm hoping it has something to do with their being very fertile and having females which are in short supply in a lot of the packs. But it is your story and it is superb. So glad to finally see an update on this fantastic story, but you are a Meanie leaving us with that cliffhanger! Please please please don't leaving so long between chapters after doing that to us readers! As for the comment wishing the Miller's are were Panthers I highly doubt it as surely the alpha would know and their old pack too? Maybe they have a special ability? Or can only change at a fullmoon or are immune to silver since they have silver eyes, or can choose what animal they shift into.

You use 'then' a lot, when you should use 'than'. 'Than ' is for comparison and 'then' is for chronology.

Wow. Thanks for the long chapter. I loved the scenes with the little girls. The talk about security kinda bogged me down a bit but it was nice to know that they are prepared and nothing could harm them before their defenses are so impenetrable. But the cliffhanger... so are the millers the bad guys? I hope not. Did Charles do something to them?

I know the girls have been taught self defense... but have they been taught battle skills... lethal fighting? If all the planning doesn't work perfectly and they can't run to get safe, can they fight to kill, or just try to defend themselves till help arrives?

The girls are smaller, but they have wolves too. Their wolves must want to kill when in danger.

The girls have been trained in both self defense and combat training. I've mentioned it several times and in Chapter 8 at the Full Moon Ceremony when the women were sitting around the bonfire talking I mentioned the Co-Ed training they do:

“Co-ed training is always a highlight and the gym is packed with spectators. They train separately, but every two months Frank and Joe bring the groups together so the girls can train against the boys. They are extremely serious about it, none of the boys want to get their ass whipped by the girls and the girls are out for blood, literally,” said Annie.

“Last time, little Jackie Costello flipped her brother so hard she almost broke his arm and had to be pulled off of him, kicking and screaming for him to get up and fight like a man,” said Rose as she started laughing.

I had forgotten that scene :o)

i absolutely love this series, but especially this chapter, its one of my favorites. every time i read it i end up almost dying with tears streaming down my face because of Gabby beating the shit out of everyone. the part where they stop fighting while going through the gate makes me think of the aristocats scene when the mouse is trying to open the lock on the crate duchess and her kittens are in and he scream and everyone pauses, but as soon as he's done they start fighting again. hands down one of the best stories on here and i cant wait til you write more.....or turn it into a book series.

"Alberto watched them for several minutes in the rearview mirror and heard the sounds of fabric tearing; the oomph's and grunts as flesh hit flesh, Lorenzo and Sal swearing and Damian laughing. He had finally had enough and shouted, "STOP IT NOW. Angelo, apologize to our sister, Gabby calm down, Damian stop laughing, Sal pull her back, and Lorenzo sit your ass down." When I read this part of the chapeter, I had to read it a few times. I could just picture this scene in my head and it was hilarious! I laughed way too hard at this! I've read from the beginning of course and it seems to get funnier as the story goes on. I can't wait to see what else is going to happen.
