Wow! Very well written! I didn't know hypnosis could be so effective like that! The explanation and reasoning the Dr. told Patrick was so surreal! Does hypnosis really work? I have heard that hypnosis can't make you do things that you would not normally do under the right circumstances or, at least, want to do. I'm pretty careful about who I let fuck me but I love it, especially bareback! I don't know if I could be hypnotized, but If I were, I imagine I would probably let just about anyone fuck me.

It's a common misconception about hypnosis, spread by cartoons and such, that it's some magical state where you just snap fingers, tell someone to act like a duck and person in trance is unable to resist. In reality, it's much more about trapping someone in a dream-like state or scenario and then about manipulating them. So while forcing someone to do something through hypnosis directly is impossible, because person in trance would find it too abstract and shocking, it is possible to cunningly go around and make them do that anyway, just not directly, at least from their perspective. That's what I was trying to show in this story when Patrick was still able to refuse to do specific things (like taking clothes off) yet the doctor was still capable of getting what he desired by convincing Patrick that it's unbelievably hot around him. It's a powerful tool, far from sci-fi, that's why it's actually illegal in some countries.

I know that's not how hypnosis works but this is fiction and that was really hot. Thank you!
