It seems to have a great start, but the Irish (I'm assuming it's Irish) dialect is a bit difficult to understand at times. But wonderful none-the-less.

While I thought you painted a good picture with your words, I could hardly understand the dialect that you were trying for with the female character. Irish? French? Swahili, what?! If you could fix that up to something a little more clear, it would go a long way towards polishing things up.
