So good to see Cap'n Jade and her merry crew back (and Reg, of course). I always miss them when they're away. I don't know if it was intentional or chance but in the early paragraphs you mention the Milky Way galaxy. Here in the UK we have two chocolate bars called Milky Way and of course, Galaxy. They should make a pleasant change for the girls when (and if) they tire of Toblerone. Welcome back, girls---five more stars to place in your heavens.

Well I definitely swoon at lesbian space pirates especially ones who can cook such delicious vegetarian delights and have their own way of making marmite, I mean what else could a lass wish for . Great to see the gang back and in such good stonkingly good form . I can confirm the Galaxy chocolate Maonaigh mentioned is delicious . Thank you WP . Jc

What a wonderful little slice of the crew’s life. It made my day when I saw a new chapter of my favorite space pirates. I love how you tie in some of our everyday life and issues into the future. You’re simply the best! Forget 5 star rating, you deserve the amount of stars I see every night!

But what happened to Reverend Moberg? He still wasn't punished, was he?

I'm beginning to think we need a refresher on who everyone is in this story. Maybe a list in order of appearance with a brief description of who they are?

Lovely little story Wax. I do like your slice of life stories. And to have one of them with an already established group is different for you.

I look forward to the next adventure the crew find themselves on. Thank you for sharing with us.

I LOVE this group. And this series is literary Toblerones. The themes of love, compassion, and generosity never gets old. Of course the theme of solidarity, camaraderie, and protectiveness is also eternally relevant. I am obviously invested in seeing how Darius and Avie deal with that scumbag Moberg. That predatory fucker need to be ended once and for all. I hope a sequel to this chapter is presently in the works. I NEED to have the situation with the creep resolved. 👍👍👍👍👍

Dear Anonymous. You ever see the film Ocean's Eleven? Remember the ending? They got away with the heist, but couldn't spend a dime of it, because someone was always tailing them, watching. In this case, it's Darius and Avie watching. And you can bet if he steps out of line, the crew will be there to deal with it.

Wax, I haven't seen the Ocean's Eleven remake but the 1960 original, starring Sinatra's Rat-Pack, has a brilliant ending. One of the team has a heart attack and dies. They contrive to hide the loot in his coffin meaning to retrieve it when the tumult dies down (modern day resurrection men). And then they find out at the memorial service that their late friend has been cremated.
