Lol, what an uptight arsehole it’s a miracle he’s still in business. Why the fuck is he playing pointless mind games? Does he want to improve his business or does he want everything done his way? I don’t understand why he’s against being addressed as “Sir” its normal business practice and a term of respect. Although IMHO respect is earned it’s not an automatic entitlement.

The entire story has me so confused. TBH I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to carry on reading this if his character doesn’t change. In technical terms, as a piece writing its well written and easy to follow well aside from his bizarre behaviour.
