Nowhere does it say that the 750 words includes or does not include the story title. My submission, "Randy Gets Snowed-In" (Mind Control) including the title is exactly 750 words by MSWord count. Without the title it's 747. Please don't disqualify me on a technicality.
I would also like to know if the title is included in the word count or not?
Hello, and thank you for your replies! We have added the following to the rules above: "story must be 750 words EXCLUDING title, description, tags, etc. Word count includes story text only." Hope this helps, and thank you to all who have entered their very fun 750 word tales!
Does the project allow multiple submissions by the same author, say, one in Mind Control, one in Erotic Horror and so on?
BTW, this project is fun and forces me to improve my writing. Adverbs were the first casualty.
Thanks.
Dutchboy, in case no one answered, some authors in past years have submitted multiple stories, sometimes even in the same category. Have fun writing!
Quick question: do hyphenated words count as one or two, e.g. Sweat-soaked? :-)
