Nathan and Martin? Now that’s a sweet pairing I didn’t see coming… I need lots of romantic, hot sex scenes in the sequel. I can’t wait until Peter is free and they can all be one happy little family.

Thomas_Lodge: I'm taking my time writing this because I'm still quite emotional after reading this chapter. Even though I'd hoped for a happier ending, I figured it probably wouldn't happen. This is a work of dystopian fiction, after all. My main hope of bringing down the psychopathic Gen. Clarck did happen and for that I'm grateful. Peter's original objective was to save his brother Martin, and now he's done that yet again. He's also saved Nathan in the process and caused the two of them to come together. Book #2, should you decide to write it, could be quite interesting with all the story lines you could pick up from with this ending. Peter plotting in Wash DC, and Martin and Nathan working in the Ohio resistance offer numerous possibilities. This has been one of the most intense stories I've ever read. In the world today, with democracies falling away, hate groups growing, and the hypocritical religious organizations gaining more power, this story doesn't seem so impossible. Could any of this really happen here in the USA, in the back of my mind, I hear myself saying, YES! In closing, I'll just say, I'm a fan of both of the stories you've written on Literotica and I'm looking forward to more, thanks. MLF

Aw I’m sad that that’s the end of Peters journey and I hope we do eventually get to see him go free? I so so thought there was going to be a kindling love between him and Nathan but maybe you’re planning that for the brother… ;)

Loved this story! I'm amazed English is not your native language. This is extremely well written. While I am disappointed in the ending, I am also hopeful the sequel.

I’ll admit I wanted Peter free, however with one chapter remaining I knew that was not happening. I thought you were going to waste efforts focusing on the obvious hypocrisy woven into the entire system, but you chose to brilliantly open doors 🚪 to future spin-offs!!! Thank you Thomas it was worth the wait.

To Anonymous #1 who wrote "No sex". Can you please cut the author a break? This has never been a story that was just about sex, but there has been plenty of it throughout. There was so much sex in the last chapter, Peter can hardly walk. This chapter was about wrapping things up, without that the story would have had no purpose. Thomas is apparently leaving options open for book #2, which will no doubt have tons of sex in it. So just hold your pants on until then. MLF

Great ending to great story with the potential for spin offs. I like that it was realistic in the sense that nothing toppled over night.

I hope Peter doesn't get lost in the role of propagandist. And adorable Nathan with Martin? I love that lol

Wow what a story Thomas! I’ve not commented since chapter 8 but really enjoyed this story. It was a bit dark for me at times but your writing skills with the setting of the dystopian world and the twist and turns of the plot was brilliant. Oh wow! What a ride!! This was a wonderful read, I absolutely ate it up. I was binge reading it throughout most of today (or. Yesterday, seeing as its almost 1:30 AM as I’m writing this lmao). Final thoughts: I love Nathan so so so so so much. So much. Probably irrationally so. Definitely disproportionately to the amount of actual spotlight he got. If he doesn’t get a happy ending I will Cry. If he dies, I can’t guarantee your safety. Wonderful read, and I’m greatly looking forward to the sequel!! <3

Hope Martin and Nathan become lovers even though Nathan is an attendant he could wear clothes inside the house.

The father of Martin and Pete would be completely broken and made to service Martin as an Attendant but not allowed a loin cloth anywhere so everyone could see his chastity cage and dog tail putt plug, he has to wear at all times. All his neighbours would look on him in disgust as it becomes known that he was the one and not his sons. That they had to suffer for the sins of the father.

He would be a sub-Attendant so would have to service the senior Attendant Nathan and the neighborhood.

Occasionally he would be transferred in a dog cage to Washington DC for the President and his friends use.

Pete could work behind the scenes to film and document the President in compromising positions so when the invasions and liberation starts, he will be first brought to trial. The Attendants would be freed and take ownership of their owners' assets.

Will the story be continued?

Outstanding story and portrait of slavery, discrimination and the sanctioned abuse of power.

Very insightful in how our society claims to champion rights and morals, corrupts them, then creates legislative loopholes that negate them. One has to suspect that the resulting abuse of power is planned from the start.
