I love this sort of story, and you do them so well. 5 stars.

The only niggle I have is the endings where you like to leave them bound and helpless. That would have real world consequences and so emphasises that this is a fantasy rather than a 'real' thing, breaking me from my enjoyment. If they were still humiliated, yet could get out with a great struggle, avoiding police and publicity, I'd get greater overall satisfaction from the tale.
