Especially such an extreme change from mostly noncon to incest/taboo is generally hated.

Wow. I can't tell you how bad this is on so many levels. Very much wrong catagory. Noncon, or science fiction, breasts don't lactate without pregnancy, I think. Just plain bad writing.
