I really love this story! I wish our "Hero" was a little quicker on the uptake and just get on board and stop all the self loathing.

Please have him embrace having a harem and get on with it.

Totally agree with laad4e08. The Guy Who Doesn't Want to Presume character can be annoying. But this is a great story with excellent world building.

He defintely needs to start realising that he isn't responsible for other people's feeling, his self flagelation is starting to get a bit tiring

Agree with James_Duncan about character, although as well as tiring I'd add irritating and pathetic.

Honestly the idea of having soul mate, played out, is pretty awesome. Even if it's basically a burden here.
