Interesting concept, but needs more explanation and detail.

I think you need to expand this story. The ending was a bit too vague as to are they swapped. They seem to like being swapped suddenly. You should show them adapting to it in great detail. And why did they dump the box if they were still swapped? A better ending would have them keep it, grow to like being swapped and sell it back so you can use it again in a new story...
