Due to the fact I'm at chapter 15 & STILL haven't figured out if this is based on a folktale about a real person or not... the Danube is real, you're naming countries that are real, Pagans are real, Eastern & Western Christianity split in 1054 AD, & while I know what the Ottomans were doing in this period, I have zero knowledge about what everyone else was doing... so you're telling an AMAZING story either way!! LOL (it's the nudity that I can't see due that period... but I certainly don't know everything!)

There's going to be some SERIOUS Googling going on when I finish your story AND I'm going to be in SO much... not trouble exactly. but I will have to deal with my boyfriend's "disappointed face" because you've sucked me into reading this all night & day instead of doing ANYTHING I should have been doing!
