Haven't finished the chapter, but: how the hell did Alexis learn about Noah's ability to disappear? If she remembers from the Ogre attack then why has she not told anyone or mentioned it before? A verbal mention from Alexis that she remembers from the Ogre attack would make this feel much less random and inexplicable. Just my immediate reaction to the conversation. Great story so far, btw! Really intrigued.
