Why not put this in Sci-fi/fantasy?

The key is a good story is relatability. If you can identify with the characters or the setting, it’s easier to enjoy the story. When you can like or admire or even dislike one of them, you can look forward to what’s going to happen next; but honestly, all your characters are horrible people. There’s no one to like, no one to root for, just all pathetic individuals making ridiculous choices.
