Enjoying this story a lot, one of my favorite on Literotiica. Hoping you will continue this a lot further and describe his visit to V and the club, then back to Megan as she reads about it or sees pictures and video. What plans could she have as far as further sissification and kink training.

The Toilet training and use peaks my interest since a similar event happened to me many years ago, though much milder than in your story.

I took the liberty to read up about the plug. It's USB rechargeable and the batteries last up to 2 hrs. on a charge. Thus if used as intended in the story a portable USB battery charger should be included in the Master V preparations to keep it full the Hush Plug fully charged. That gem is going to drive sissy crazy with desire before she meets Master V

Keep up the story for a bit. Maybe Dr. Domme should have a nice tall glass of her golden nectar at the ready for the next appointment when sissy comes to get prepared for her trip to Master V. And have sissy drink it all down during the session.

Too bad pissing is too big of a turn off for me. I'd gladly read the rest of the story, but that's just not my fetish. I loved the rest though.
