I got the impression in the last chapter that they already knew each other or at the least that they had already met.

I only noticed 1 translation error but it’s not exactly a huge problem, I’m used to correcting spelling as I read because my husband is dyslexic.

You wrote : carbine which is a type of rifle when you actually intended to write *carabiner* a metal oval shaped (sort of) quick release piece of climbing equipment.

Initially I had actually used carabiner but the German word (Karabiner) is so similar that somehow I suddenly was absolutely convinced that this must be a false friend....;-), oh and now it just occurs to me that the German Karabiner actually also designates the rifle, really confusing....

Interestingly one other forum member also said that he thought they must know each other. I hope that first turn the story took is surprising rather than implausible...

I will probably post part 3 tonight, so it should be out by the end of the week.

Tess is spot on. I was thinking about carbine was a bit off but what really brought it to my attention was the phrase "....carbine on her ruff". What is that supposed to mean? What is a "ruff"?

I was thinking that Claudia has had some experience with some bondage before as she did not want to be whipped with the bullwhip, as if she had been through it before. I am not sure if they know each other but he was certainly astounded that Claudia was pregnant. That is a serious twist to the story. I would need to have to read the rest of this story.

My dictionary said that ruff is another word for collar, but it seems to be outdated. The idea was that the collar is closed by a bail on the rear and that there is another ring attached to the front

Uhhh, she should have told him sooner that she was pregnant...but he really should not have flown into a rage over that. That was completely uncalled for. Then he has the audacity to refuse to paddle her other cheek after he willingly put the one cheek through that paddling after the caning? That is quite hypocritical of him.

Also, he kidnapped her, he is already a terrible person, of course he should never be a father. The thought is laughable at best. >.>
