"I want you to know that I'm doing this with your consent. You dropping me off to this new beginning, is in a way, a confidence boost to me. That you are fine with me being with other men."

We kissed for a while, and he wished me well. I stepped out of the car. The air felt new. There was a bit of fear, a bit of nervousness, and a bit of excitement over me. I turned around to see that my husband has already left. I kept all my emotions aside, and walked towards the town, to a new beginning, not knowing where it will lead me to.

Anonymous4 months agoI looked at your stories, each one has Ch. 01 not followed by another chapter. If you're only writing a stand alone stories, having Chapter 1 is confusing, I hate anthers who don't finish what they've started.
For this chapter, I'll say it is a good start, would want to see what comes next.
