The Regression Clinic Ch. 01

She gently cupped the boy's sac in her gloved palm, and made sure to be as tender as she could while softly squeezing it to feel for any abnormalities. His previously flaccid shaft had begun to fill with blood again, leading to a half-erect state which was very common at this stage of an examination. Dr. Lily ignored it, and began to roll one of his testicles between her gloved index finger and thumb. She was happy to see that he wasn't all that bashful about it, though it was probably something to do with Nurse Ella's motherly tone as she cooed a sea of sweet, encouraging phrases at him.

"You're doing so well for us, honey," Ella said softly, rolling his fingers in between her own gloved digits. Her latex touch was so soft, so tender. He simply couldn't get enough of it. "Just keep breathing, let Dr. Lily take care of you... there we go."

After Lily had finished his testicular exam, she discarded her gloves and replaced them with a fresh, identical pair. Admiring her own latex hands as they shimmered under the lights, she spoke to the patient.

"I'm going to need to take a look at another very private part now, hun," she explained, placing one gloved hand on each of his thighs. "We need you to be a very brave little patient for us, and just let it happen. Remember your safe word if you feel it's getting a little too much for you, okay?"

He nodded, and let out a soft mhmm. But Nurse Ella's slightly stern look reminded him to use his words.

"Um... y- yes, Doctor Lily," he quickly fixed his response, and Ella nodded in satisfaction, still caressing his hand softly.

"Very good," the doctor smiled, and situated herself between his legs again. He jumped slightly as her fingertips spread apart his bum cheeks, but Ella helped him settle down again. "I know it feels funny, love, but I just need you to relax for me."

He did as was required of him, and took some deep breaths to calm down. Dr. Lily's fingers briefly left his cheeks as she reached for a tall black bottle. She held it in one hand and squirted two large dollops of its clear, slippery contents into her open palm. Placing the bottle down, she began to lather both of her gloved hands with the slick substance until both of her hands were sufficiently slippery.

"I'm just putting some jelly onto my hands, love. It might feel a bit cold when I touch you, but just be brave for me."

Once she had finished slicking her gloves, she once again parted his cheeks and this time introduced the wet tip of her index finger to his puckered little entrance. As expected, the boy squirmed slightly, and she let him get used to the feeling before continuing. She circled his little hole first, ensuring it was lubricated well.

"And just a nice big, deep breath for me..." she said and Liam inhaled deeply as she asked. With some pressure, her finger popped inside with relative ease. Liam couldn't help but groan in response to the odd feeling of his sphincter being filled from the outside in, but he knew he had to be brave for the nice doctor and her pretty nurse.

"Good job, love. You're being such a good patient," Nurse Ella encouraged him, now using her other hand to gently caress his soft hair. His facial expression was a mixture of confusion and embarrassment, one that Ella couldn't help but giggle at.

It took a fair bit of wiggling for Dr. Vince's finger to slide all the way in to the third knuckle, but she eventually did manage it. She noticed Liam's member was on the rise once again, most likely in response to her fingertip making contact with his prostate gland for the first time. She massaged it gently, making a come here motion with her index finger. Liam let out some confused little grunts, as he felt his little shaft begin to harden again.

"You feel that little part there, love?' Dr. Lily asked, prodding at the walnut-sized gland which was causing all of Liam's excitement. "That is what we like to call your special spot. It's like a little room which a finger fits perfectly into, and it makes little patients feel so, so good."

Liam would be lying if he said he wasn't confused. The sensation the doctor was causing felt so good, but so wrong. It was unlike anything the little patient had ever experienced. The two ladies were so very good at their jobs, and both of them smiled as they listened to Liam's soft little moans.

"There's a good little patient," the doctor said as she slowly slid her finger out of Liam's tight little sphincter. It made a little wet pop sound as it exited fully.

As Dr. Lily quickly donned a fresh pair of her signature latex gloves, Nurse Ella popped the eartips of her stethoscope back into her ears. As always, she heated up the chestpiece with a few warm breaths, before slowly pressing it against the patient's chest to make sure he was still doing okay. Happy with what she heard, and with her other hand still holding his tightly, she took the eartips out and hung the stethoscope back around her neck.

Liam barely even reacted as Dr. Lily held up a measuring tape to his member, which was still pretty much fully erect. When she had finished measuring his length, she quickly wrapped the tape around his shaft to measure its girth. She mumbled her readings to herself and reached for the clipboard on the countertop behind her. Quickly jotting down his length and his girth, she replaced it to the countertop. These readings would be used to trace the change in size of his genitals as the hormone therapy took effect. The measurements weren't really a prerequisite for the treatment, but it was something that Dr. Vince enjoyed tracking, to see just how far a patient had come over the course of their stay.

"I must say, love, I am very impressed with what I've seen so far today," she said, walking to the opposite side of the table to the nurse. She held onto his other hand, and looked into his eyes. "You've been very well behaved, and I can't wait to start your therapy. I'm sure you're just as excited as I am, isn't that right?"

Liam nodded, and spoke softly. "Yes, Doctor Lily."

"Very good," she smiled, fiddling with his fingers in her gloved hand. "I do believe good behaviour warrants a reward of sorts though, and I will make sure to give you your reward when I see you tonight. For now, I'm going to leave you with Nurse Ella. She'll be taking you through the next few steps of your treatment, and I'll see you again in no time. How does that sound?"

He was at a loss for words. It really was a dream come true. Thoughts were racing through his head so quickly that he could barely keep up. His heart was beating very fast, and his breaths were shallow and quick.

"Y- yes, Doctor Lily," is all he could manage to babble, absolutely lost in the moment, and the ladies could tell.

His eyes darted around the room. From the doctor's eyes, to Ella's eyes, to the ceiling, to his hands. Overwhelmed by lovely sensations, he could feel tears welling up again. He did his best to hold them back, but one escaped and rolled down his bright red cheek. The doctor smiled, and Nurse Ella was quick to swat the rogue tear away with her gentle, gloved hand.

As the doctor discarded her gloves into the bin, before turning around and leaving the room, Liam looked deeply into Nurse Ella's sharp blue eyes. They were soft, tender and caring. They made him feel safe, like nothing could possibly go wrong. And for the time being, nothing could. He was safe, he was in the best hands he could be... and that was enough.
