Well speaking for myself, I would have really hated, losing Maria, with her and Jasmine working so well together, and Jasmine's paying, Maria out of her own wages.... I mean, a two for one, I don't see how Mistress Christine, could get a much better deal than that..

And as for Pippa, I think she, should feel privileged, to be under the tutoring of such an experienced Mistress,,, yes I do!
