...now that's what I call bargaining. <g> The governor might have given in a little easily, but the strength of new-found confidence carries more weight than it might seem sometimes. Good job
...terrific job, darlin'! 'Course, I don't expect anything less, lol. ~Minx
Very amusing story, and very hot as well.
I'm not sure I'm entirely comfortable with the central character's 'lobbying methods', but she did good in the end. In more ways than one.
Well done.
Dar,
Wonderfully written! I can actually see this happening in real life and that adds to the eroticism. Bravo!
Sometimes it pays to offer pleasure at the behest of the woman...Nice interplay. *S*
Fun read, Dndjsp. I guess she was sort of putting out for the great out of doors, doing what comes natural for mother nature, laying for the land--somebody stop me. :)
Good luck in the contest.

Very nice piece of work. Loved the well dressed seduction particularly. Well written, well developed, well done.
Sounds like business as usual at the Gov's office. Politicians doing what they do best, screwing the public.
Cute story D, nice mix of elements.
So much hot, steamy sex one hardly knows where to look first ;) And nicely woven into the Earth Day theme as well - not merely as an aside but as an intrinsic part of the piece. I loved the central character's awakening to her own sexual power and independence and her closing delightful image of her new life. Very nice work, D!
Excellent job dar... makes me wish I'd gone into politics!
and think of my own comment. I'll just echo Shang's words. He says it so much better. Good job, Dar.
Dndjsp, nice to know she's keeping the natural beauty open and available for all to enjoy! Oh, and the Refuge too!
Loved the concept and the writing. Lots of luck.
Lobbyist, prostitute. Is there a difference?
I'm looking forward to another story about Rebecca. Perhaps there's a small town that would like to have the highway diverted toward them. It would go around the Refuge, serve them, and still connect the towns that Governor Reynolds intended. The small town just needs a lobbyist to sell him the idea.
Does Rebecca show the mayor her lobbying methods first?

That was damned hot. And very well written. You impressed the hell out of me.
