Thank you for your comments, it is always helpful to receive constructive advise. As an author this is my first foray into erotic literature.

I have a horrible feeling about this story, I suspect that I’ll be ditching it soon. I’m not a fan of needless brutality, pain or excessive chastity. I’m still bemused as to why this is *still* listed as BDSM when there’s literally no resemblance at all. Just because it’s presented as a fantasy story set in a historical era that doesn’t mean that brutality and non consent equates to BDSM.

On a literary point whilst it’s clear that you prefer to leave each vignette on a point of suspense the *chapters* are very very short. The writing itself is great.
