many many thanks for the kind words. this one was completely different to what i would normally write, but i enjoyed it so much. and the last, single line being on the final page was a glorious accident :D

I must say I enjoyed this tale tremendously. The subject matter, the timing, the pace was perfect and the absence of particular details I found enchanting, for I, as the reader, could fill in those to my own particular vision. Very well done, very well done indeed.

Why, why, why do I have to wait?

I don't know if it was by design or glorious accident that the second page of this submission is that single, agonisingly tantalising line, but it is absolutely perfect either way. I love stories that have this build-up, that tease and tease until I can hardly take it, and you, you've done it.

This is one of the best stories I've read here. I'm watching, waiting.
