I detected the foreshadowing re: Daphne. Hope that you were not just teasing......

The taunting he did regarding her sister was a massive turn off for me, it honestly made me feel nauseous. I almost quit reading but instead skipped past it as quickly as possible. I also noted the comment about her cousin in the adjacent room. It’s not my place to try and influence your story, but if you do decide to include anything incestuous a trigger warning would be greatly appreciated. That way myself and others with the same aversion can just ignore that chapter(s). It’s not a kink that I understand or want to understand.

......if there's going to be hints of incest it would be nice to be warned about that. Huge turn off that ruined the whole thing.
