Who exactly was 'I'? Seemed to have changed gender.

First of all thanks for reading, everyone, and thanks for comments good and bad. With this story I wanted to switch POV between Culane and the Witches - the change of POV indicated by the break in text - I will look into making that sort of thing clearer in the future.

I did get lost a little with the POV, but I see your note that you are aware of that; however, other than that, I absolutely loved it. The characters are well developed, and the storyline is enthralling. I am hooked! :)
