An unsettling ride, indeed. The category and the earthworms early on only glimpse of what follows. I’ve read this tale three times now for the intense erotic imagery, which is something you do so well in all your work, and for the storyline. Yes, probably overthinking things, which is actually a compliment, but the lust, brief reference to ice and her fangs make me feel there is more to Heather. Not likely to experience her again? In any case, love this piece and looking forward to more.
