I bailed halfway through the first page. I just couldn't figure out what the deal was. Is the narrator a guy or a girl? Is he/she involved with Alina? Is Alina really a Mormon or was that just figure of speech? Why is Jason's coming such a big deal! Maybe these points become clearer later in the story, but I'm afraid I wasn't interested enough to hang around.

This was a huge screwup on my part, but the version of the story that's up right now (9/16/20) is incomplete. More than half of it is missing right now. I've submitted an edit with the rest of the story, but it'll probably be at least a couple days before it goes through.
