I stood with my hands on my hips and put on a pet lip and a sulky voice. "Hey -- where does that leave me?"
Maxine grinned at me. "Right in the middle ma chere - on the end of my flickering tongue. I am very talented -- I can do three things at once!"
The four of us walked arm in arm towards Club Vertigo and as we reached the entrance, I drew them in for a big group hug. One by one, I kissed my three favourite women in all the world and held out my arms.
As Maxine pushed open the door, I smiled to myself. I looked at Trini, so happy, so radiant, and felt so proud of her. I felt proud of myself. I loved these women with all of my being.
My heart was singing as I crossed the threshold.
Trini and I may have got there late, but we had done it. We had transformed ourselves in different ways, and it felt bloody marvellous.

Billyslateabout 4 years agoTransformers was very well written and certainly intriguing, since my expectation was for Alice / Trini remaining together as a couple. However, there are always "alternate pathways" available in most late blossoming relationships. Therefore, the ending was also quite nice with the 4-beautiiful ladies being in "Love" with a different member of their group, while also remaining awesome friends for life.
Definitely A 5*-Star Rated Romance Story
