The cock cage is a joke and makes this story fetish. An idiot removes it with common household tools. A smart man drives to the police station, suffers some embarrassment and has them remove it. After which they arrest his wife for assault, battery, sexual assault and spousal abuse, just to name a few of the charges and while she rots in jail he gets a divorce and keeps all the marital assets. In the end when she sends him to bed? Why wouldn't he simply bitch slap her, get dressed and leave her lying on the floor bleeding? What's she going to do? Beat him up? I don't think so. If she's unlucky, he t gets his gun and puts her in a grave. There are so many HUGE holes in this train wreck of a story I just had to laugh. Simply awful writing. Posting it in the wrong place just finished it off.

On a more serious note it was an interesting story. It had some flaws but it was fun to read. I would suggest that if you want to switch narration back and forth, you add something to note the switch, like the line above, between narrators. It would help with making it less confusing.
