I should have done more research, since The Grande Cayman Island is quite flat, and devoid of waterfalls. I'm sure I could have found a tax haven island with a mountain, but it's only a fantasy, so I'll take a pass on that detail. I'll have Seine go somewhere in England soon, since I have been there. They were just building the giant Ferris Wheel on the Thames River when I was last there, some 25 years ago.
