All Comments on 'TRC - Searching for the Sky Ch. X3'

For me this series has lost all sense of purpose and direction. It's just a random series of encounters. Too many characters, no story arc, original core characters forgotten.

You apparently haven't actually read these chapters. The author said these X series would be just short clips, interludes that didn't fit in the main story's pacing. So... yeah. That's what they are. If the X series isn't your favorite part, they seem to be optional. Though I still greatly enjoy the extra moments of smaller character building they offer. Since I'm going in not expecting it to advance the main storyline, and I choose to focus on some of the smaller moments. And those are beautiful too.

Now, is the main story "better"? Maybe... probably? But stories of this complexity, detail and care don't just spring out of nothingness. They require time, inspiration, and a caring author. One that I doubt benefits from people saying their losing interest in the story, when the story isn't being presented wholesale atm.

But that is enough of that.

Thank you very much for your continued work Blu. I do eagerly await more of the "plot" but as you've demonstrated wonderous skill and generosity, you are more than welcome to my patience. And these lovely snacks are delicious as well, thank you for sharing them. ^.^ Be well

As jpz007ahren said these are extra scenes I wanted to put in but didn't to preserve the story's pacing, they shouldn't be seen as anything more than fun little fillers as I worked on planning out book three (Lord of the Glass Desert) which I should hopefully start posting here in the next week or two.

But filler is not the update most people are looking for. This is like the other humans characters from house for horny monster girls. Utterly skippable

I think you could be right, Bludraygn. If you put one of these extra chapters into chapter 31 you would have had to have put in all three. This would have made a very long chapter and whilst I wouldn't have objected it seems as though this is something you are specifically trying to avoid.
